  3. Post-surgical patients with failed back syndrome
  4. Cervical (Neck) pain and symptoms

Non-Treatable Conditions (Contraindications for VAX-D)
  1. Spinal Tumors
  2. Vertebral Fractures
  3. Spondylolisthesis
  4. Osteoporosis
  5. Severe medical conditions
  6. Pregnancy
  7. Ankylosing spondylitis
  8. Spinal Fusion with retained hardware
  9. Spinal infections
  10. Spinal Stenosis (hard and soft tissue growth/hypertrophy)
